Cardly.ae is a digital business card platform built in the UAE. You create a card with your contact details, links and services in Arabic and English, then share it by NFC card, QR code or link. People who receive it can save your contact, message you on WhatsApp and share their details with you.

Yes. The Free plan costs AED 0 with no time limit and no payment card. It includes one bilingual card, a QR code, an NFC-ready link, save-contact, lead capture and 7-day analytics, with a small Cardly branding line. Upgrade only if you need more — see pricing.

No. Your card opens in their phone's browser when they tap your NFC card, scan your QR code or click your link. Saving your contact uses their phone's own contacts app.

Yes — that's what Cardly.ae was built for. Add your details in both languages; viewers switch between them with one tap, and Arabic displays right-to-left with a proper Arabic font.

Tap an NFC card or sticker on someone's phone, show or print your QR code, or send your link on WhatsApp, email or social media. You can also add the link to your email signature.

Anytime. Your NFC card, QR code and link always open your latest card, so updates reach everyone who has your card — no reprinting.

About two minutes for the basics: sign up, add your name, title and contact details, and publish. Adding links, services and a photo takes a few minutes more.

iPhone XS, XR and newer read NFC cards automatically when the screen is on — no app needed. Most Android phones read them too, as long as NFC is switched on in settings. Anyone else can scan the QR code. More in how NFC business cards work.

No. NFC cards are a one-time purchase and work with the Free plan.

Yes. Each chip opens a secure short link that you control from your dashboard, so you can point it at another of your cards without reprogramming the chip.

Deactivate it from the NFC section of your dashboard so it no longer opens your profile, then order a replacement.

Personalised cards can't be returned for a change of mind, but we replace or refund any card with a defect or misprint. Unpersonalised items can be returned within 7 days in their original condition. Details in our refund policy.

AED 25 per month or AED 199 per year, with a 14-day free trial. Pro adds up to 5 cards, premium themes, custom colours, no Cardly branding, 12-month analytics, CSV lead export and password-protected cards.

AED 180 per seat per year, or AED 19 per seat per month, with a minimum of 3 seats. It includes everything in Pro plus team admin, a locked brand template, central leads and member management. See Teams.

Yes. Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable. Invoices are issued in Arabic and English.

By debit or credit card through Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch Cardly.ae's servers.

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do anytime from the Billing page. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your account and card link stay. Your account returns to the Free plan's features, so Pro-only options such as custom colours and branding removal switch off.

Anyone you share your link, QR code or NFC card with. Search engines only index cards on paid plans from verified accounts, and you can switch indexing off at any time. On Pro you can also protect a card with a password.

Anonymous analytics: views, taps, clicks and saves, with country, device type and source (NFC, QR or link). We don't store visitors' raw IP addresses for analytics. Visitors' personal details are only collected if they choose to fill in your lead form and give consent.

Cardly.ae is operated by a UAE company, Meta Pro Solutions. Our hosting and service providers may store data outside the UAE; we protect it in transit with encryption and follow PDPL-aligned privacy practices. See our privacy policy for details, including your rights.

No. We don't sell your data or your contacts' data, and we don't show third-party ads on your card.

Yes. Turn on two-factor authentication in your account settings to require a code from an authenticator app when you sign in.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@cardly.ae. See our privacy policy.

Yes. Team admins set a brand template — logo, colours and layout — and members edit only their own details.

Leads from every member's card appear in a shared team inbox, and admins can export them to CSV for your CRM.

Remove them from the team in one click. Their card stops representing your company, and their NFC card can be re-pointed to another profile.

Yes. Order cards for each member from the dashboard. For larger rollouts or custom printing, contact our sales team.

Yes. The Teams subscription is billed to your organisation in AED, VAT included where applicable.
