How does an NFC business card work?
The card has a small NFC chip inside. When someone holds their phone near it, the phone opens your Cardly.ae digital card in the browser — with your contact details, WhatsApp, links and a button to save your contact. No app is needed on either phone.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read NFC cards automatically when the screen is on. Most Android phones read them when NFC is turned on in settings. For older phones, your digital card also has a QR code and a shareable link.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The NFC card is a one-time purchase and includes a free lifetime Cardly.ae digital card. Pro is an optional upgrade if you want premium themes, full analytics or several cards.
What if my details change?
Just edit your digital card — the NFC card always opens the latest version. You can also re-link the card to a different digital card from your dashboard, without reprinting anything.
How long does delivery take?
Express delivery is next day in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi (AED 35). Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days anywhere in the UAE (AED 20, free on orders of AED 199 or more). Personalised cards are made to order, so delivery times count from dispatch — we email your tracking number when your order ships.
Can I return my card?
Personalised cards are made to order, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. If a card is faulty or misprinted, we’ll replace it or refund you. See our refund policy for the details. Refund policy
