More Google reviews, collected the moment guests are happiest

The best time to ask for a review is at the table, the counter or the front desk — not in an email three days later. A Cardly.ae review stand opens your Google review form with one tap or scan.

Why Google reviews matter in the UAE

of UAE searches happen on Google
95.8%
of UAE mobile page views come from Android phones, which support NFC
≈78%

When nearly every search runs through Google, your rating and your most recent reviews are often the first thing a new guest sees.

The challenge

Why happy guests don't leave reviews

01

Asking feels awkward

Staff don't want to push, and guests forget by the time they get home.

02

Finding the review page is hard

Guests have to search your name, open the profile and find the review button. Many give up.

03

Links on receipts get ignored

Long URLs and small print don't get typed. A tap or a scan does.

04

Menus, hours and directions are scattered

Guests ask the same questions — menu, opening hours, location — that one link could answer.

How Cardly.ae helps

How it works in your venue

Tap to review

The stand's NFC chip is programmed with your Google review link, so a tap opens the review form directly — guests just pick the stars and write.

Place it where moments happen

Counter, table, reception or the bill folder. The stand works for every guest, every day.

A backup for older phones

Most recent phones read NFC. For the few that don't, display a QR code of your review link next to the stand.

Hours, menu and map on one card

Give your venue a bilingual digital card with opening hours, a menu link, a map and WhatsApp reservations.

Cards for your team

Managers and sales staff get bilingual digital cards for suppliers, partners and event bookings.

Within Google's rules

Ask every guest the same way, never offer incentives and never filter who you ask — that keeps your reviews genuine.

Card setup

Recommended setup for a venue

A simple setup for a restaurant, café, salon or boutique hotel.

  1. 1Find your Google review link in your Google Business Profile and add it when you order your review stand.
  2. 2Place one stand per service point: the counter, reception or near the exit.
  3. 3Give front-of-house staff a review card to show at the table when a guest compliments the service.
  4. 4Create a venue card with opening hours, menu link, map and WhatsApp for reservations.
  5. 5Train staff on one sentence: “If you enjoyed it, a quick review really helps us.”
  6. 6Reply to new reviews every week — guests notice.

Frequently asked questions

Does the stand open Google reviews directly?

Yes. The NFC chip is programmed with your Google review link, so guests land on the review form rather than your profile page. Learn more about review cards.

Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?

Yes — Google allows businesses to ask for reviews. What its policies prohibit is offering incentives in exchange for reviews and selectively asking only happy customers. Ask every guest the same way. See our Google review cards guide.

What if a guest's phone doesn't support NFC?

Most recent iPhones and Android phones read NFC. For older phones, place a printed QR code of your review link next to the stand so guests can scan it with their camera.

Can I change the link later?

Review products are programmed with your Google review link when we prepare your order, so they work on their own. If your link changes, contact us and we'll advise on the options.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Review stands (AED 149) and review cards (AED 79) are one-time purchases, VAT included.
