Do people need an app to open my card?

No. Your card opens in any phone browser. People can tap your NFC card, scan your QR code or open your link, then save your details to their contacts in one tap.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. iPhone XS and later read NFC cards without an app, as do most Android phones with NFC switched on. Any phone camera can scan your QR code, and your link works everywhere.

What happens if I change jobs or my number changes?

Just edit your card. Everyone who opens it sees the new details straight away, and your NFC card keeps working because it links to your Cardly.ae profile rather than storing your details on the chip.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The Free plan includes one bilingual card with QR sharing, lead capture and save-to-contacts, with no time limit and no credit card needed. Upgrade only if you want more.

Can my card be in Arabic and English?

Yes. Add your details in both languages and share one link. Visitors switch language with a tap, and the Arabic version uses a proper right-to-left layout.

Do I need a subscription to use an NFC card?

No. NFC cards are a one-time purchase and work with every plan, including Free. Pro and Teams are optional upgrades.

How quickly will my NFC card arrive?

Express delivery arrives the next working day in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days across the UAE and is free on orders over AED 199. Timing starts once your design is confirmed.

What about privacy?

People choose to share their details and tick a consent box first. You can hide your card from search engines, and on Pro and Teams protect it with a password. Our practices are aligned with the UAE PDPL; see our privacy policy for details.

Can I use Cardly.ae for my team?

Yes. Teams starts at 3 seats and adds a locked brand template, central leads, and simple onboarding and offboarding. You can try it free for 14 days.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing page whenever you like. You keep paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your card stays online on the Free plan.
