Dubai ended 2025 with 32,294 registered real-estate brokers — 13,083 of them registered during that year alone — working from 9,785 brokerage offices. Abu Dhabi added another 3,302 registered brokers. In a market that crowded, clients remember the agent who is easiest to reach, easiest to verify and quickest to follow up.

This playbook shows how brokers can use a digital business card to do exactly that, with a setup you can build in about ten minutes.

Why a paper card isn't enough for a Dubai broker

  • Clients meet many agents. A buyer can see several brokers over a weekend of viewings. Paper cards pile up; the agent who's one tap away on WhatsApp gets the call.
  • Brokers change agencies. A move means new cards — and every client holding the old one has outdated details.
  • Listings change daily. A printed card can't show what's available this week.
  • Overseas buyers want reassurance. They look for a registration number, a real brokerage and a professional presence before sharing their budget.

A digital card solves all four: it opens WhatsApp in one tap, updates instantly, shows current listings and puts your credentials front and centre.

What to put on a real-estate agent's digital business card

Item Why it matters
Name in Arabic and English Clients from across the region and the world can read it
Title and brokerage, with logo Signals you're part of a real, established office
BRN (broker registration number) Lets clients verify you — keep it exactly as on your broker card
Mobile with WhatsApp Most UAE property conversations happen on WhatsApp
Office phone, email and address For formal enquiries and document exchange
Featured listings (3–6) Photos, AED prices and links to the listing or brochure
“Request a viewing” form Captures name, phone and preferred time, with consent
Social links Where you post property tours and market updates
Map to your office Makes it easy to visit for paperwork

Stay on the right side of the rules

Property marketing in the UAE is regulated, and your card is part of your marketing. A few reminders — always check the current requirements with your brokerage and the regulator:

  • Keep your BRN accurate. Show it exactly as issued, and update it if it changes.
  • Advertising permits. Property advertising in Dubai follows Dubai Land Department rules, including advertising permits where they apply. Only link to listings that meet those requirements.
  • Abu Dhabi has its own rules. If you work across emirates, follow each emirate's regulator.
  • Personal data needs consent. When clients share their details through your card, they tick a consent box and that consent is stored with the lead. Use their details for the follow-up they asked for — nothing else.

Make WhatsApp one tap away

In the UAE, WhatsApp is the default channel for property conversations. On a Cardly.ae card, switch on WhatsApp for your mobile number and the card shows a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with you directly — no saving the number first, no typos in +971 numbers. Respond from WhatsApp Business if you use it, and keep chats professional: share listings on request, not as unsolicited broadcasts.

Show listings that are always current

Add a listings block with three to six properties you're actively marketing: a photo, the price in AED, a one-line description (“2 BR · Dubai Marina · sea view”) and a link to the full listing or brochure. When a unit is sold or rented, remove it — the change is live immediately on every NFC card and QR code you've handed out.

Capture viewing requests — and follow up fast

Add a lead form titled “Request a viewing” with name, phone and message. Every submission lands in your Cardly.ae leads inbox and your email, marked with the date and source (NFC tap, QR scan or link). Move each lead through simple stages — new, contacted, qualified, won or lost — and export to CSV if your brokerage uses a CRM.

Speed matters: reply within minutes when you can. A client who just tapped your card at a viewing is still thinking about the property.

Serve Arabic- and English-speaking clients

Dubai's property market is international, and many clients prefer Arabic. With Cardly.ae, one card holds both languages: clients tap to switch, and Arabic displays properly right-to-left. Write your title, bio and listings in both languages — it's a small effort that signals respect and professionalism.

Which NFC card should a broker carry?

Card Price Why brokers choose it

For brokerages: one brand, shared leads

Brokerages with three or more agents can use Cardly.ae Teams (AED 180 per seat per year, minimum 3 seats):

  • Locked brand template so every agent's card matches the brokerage.
  • Central leads from every agent's card, exportable to CSV.
  • Member management: add new agents in minutes and remove leavers in one click.
  • Re-pointable NFC cards: when an agent leaves, their card can be pointed to another profile.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Showing your broker registration number helps clients verify you. Enter it exactly as it appears on your broker card and keep it up to date.

Can I add property listings to my card?

Yes. Add a listings block with photos, AED prices and links. Make sure every listing you promote meets the advertising requirements of the emirate you work in.

How do clients contact me from the card?

They can tap WhatsApp, call, email or fill in your “Request a viewing” form. They can also save your contact to their phone in one tap.
